Orcas is still not in Beta and Microsoft announced that Rosario (the version of Visual Studio after Orcas) will whip in beta before the end of this year (http://www.ftponline.com/channels/net/reports/vslivesf/2007/lthekeynote1/). I don't think I would commit on this!
