A first patch for the Beta 1 of Orcas

The product is still in Beta and a patch has already been made available. This supplement fixes a bug with the ADO.NET EDM Wizard in Visual Studio Code name "Orcas" Beta1 where empty CSDL, MSL and SSDL files are generated after the wizard completes.
