I was trying to rate my new HP Touchsmart TX2 running the RTM version of Windows 7 but everytime I was clicking the "Rate this computer" button, nothing was happening.

After a short session of looking aroung the 'Net, I found this statement:

Go to: %systemroot%\Performance\WinSAT\DataStore and try to delete everything but the most recent file... then try doing the reassesement.

It just works (at least for me!).
