Tips for presenters

Daniel Moth, a Microsoft employee, has collected many tips specifically for presenters.
The first one titled "10 tips on How to Setup Your Laptop before a Demo" (
http://www.danielmoth.com/Blog/2008/02/10-tips-on-how-to-setup-your-laptop.html
) is general to every presentation not to over-distract attendees.
The second one is more specific to Visual Studio presentation is titled "The ABCDEFGHI of setting up Visual Studio for Demos" (
http://www.danielmoth.com/Blog/2008/03/abcdefghi-of-setting-up-visual-studio.html
).
I would add another hint to that list but dedicated to my friend Étienne: don't sit in the back on the last row of the audience if your vision is not 100%!
